Frequently Asked Questions
What is SAFE Initiative?
SAFE Initiative (Sustainable Agriculture & Food Empowerment Initiative) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming unused land into productive farmland for Nigerian victims. We provide land, financial support, farming resources (seeds, fertilizers, equipment), and training to help victims become self-sufficient. Our goal is to fight poverty, reduce hunger, and empower the local Christian community through sustainable agriculture.
How are donations used to support farmers and agriculture?
100% of your donations directly go to acquiring land, financial support to victims, monthly stipends, farmers’ education, free-of-cost tractors, fertilizers, and youth empowerment programs.
Can companies or individuals partner with SAFE Initiative beyond donations?
Yes, we encourage corporations, individuals, and businesses to become our long-term partners in multiple ways, such as Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Volunteering and Advocacy against terrorism and extremism, equipment and resource donations.
How does SAFE Initiative ensure transparency in fund allocation?
We follow strict accountability measures, including public financial reports showing how we spend funds, real-time updates via our website and social media, and donor tracking for corporate partners to see the impact of their donations.
How can I get involved or contribute to the mission?
You can get involved by donating, becoming a corporate partner, volunteering and spreading our word to the world.
